## Why Pokémon Stampede is on Unfound

A full Pokémon tower defense campaign made for phones: 50 levels through Kanto's 8 Gyms with all 151 Pokémon to catch and evolve, and a daily challenge on a global leaderboard, with no download, account or ads.

New pick: listed before players have rated it.

Highlights:
- 50 levels across 10 Kanto regions, with the 8 Gyms, the legendary birds, the Elite Four and Mewtwo
- Catch the wild Pokémon you weaken and evolve them, with all 151 originals in the Pokédex
- Giovanni's Challenge: one hard run a day, the same for everyone, scored by replay on a global leaderboard

Keep in mind:
- There's no post-game yet: once you've beaten the Champion and Mewtwo, the daily challenge and rare sightings are what's left.
- It came out in October 2026, so Giovanni's Challenge leaderboard is still short on players.
- The Pokémon sprites download the first time you play, so you need a connection until they're saved.

## About Pokémon Stampede

Kanto is heating up: forests are drying out, rivers are flooding and the ice at Seafoam is melting, so frightened wild Pokémon are stampeding along the routes toward the towns. You pick Bulbasaur, Charmander or Squirtle and hold the routes, tower defense style: tap a Pokémon in your party, put it on a tile beside the path (only Water and Flying types can stand on water) and start the waves. Your team battles the wild Pokémon until they calm down and run home, and each one that reaches the exit costs one of your 20 hearts. Super-effective hits do double damage and same-type moves get a 1.5× bonus, and AUTO picks the move that hits each target hardest unless you lock one yourself.

Weakened wild Pokémon carry a bobbing Poké Ball: tap one to open its catch panel and throw, and sleep, freeze, paralysis, poison and burn all raise the odds. Caught Pokémon join your party or go to the PC, gain EXP in battle and evolve at their real levels, or up to six levels early if you pay ₽; stone and trade evolutions work too. You start with six party slots and earn a seventh to tenth by beating the bosses on levels 10, 20, 30 and 40. The 50 levels cross 10 regions, from Route 1 and Viridian Forest to the Indigo Plateau: 19 Alpha mini bosses that each have one trick (Agility, Protect, Recover or calling for help), and 16 mega bosses that roar and enrage, including the 8 Gym Leaders' aces from Brock's Onix to Giovanni's Rhydon, the three legendary birds, the Elite Four over two levels and your rival as Champion, with Mewtwo last. Shiny Pokémon, a rare Mew from level 20 on and a daily rare sighting fill the 151-entry Pokédex.

Beating your rival on level 5 unlocks Giovanni's Challenge: one hard run a day, the same for every player. You pick six of 10 fully evolved Lv 50 Pokémon and up to four moves each, then hold off six waves of Team Rocket's Pokémon, each bringing one of Giovanni's, with Rhydon last. The server replays every run to score it for the global leaderboard, and you claim a leaderboard name without an account. Progress saves in your browser. The game was made for a phone held upright, and you can add it to your home screen to play it like an app; on a computer, click to play or use the keys (1 to 6 deploy, Space starts the next wave, B aims a Poké Ball, F changes the speed). Battles run at 0.5× to 3× speed.

### What is Giovanni's Challenge in Pokémon Stampede?

A daily mode that unlocks once you beat your rival on level 5. Everyone gets the same battle each day: pick six of 10 fully evolved Lv 50 Pokémon and their moves, then hold off six waves of Team Rocket with one of Giovanni's Pokémon in each and Rhydon last. You get one run a day, and the server replays it to score it on a global leaderboard.
