About Gerrymandle
Each day brings one new board. You click adjacent tiles to group them into connected districts of equal size; a party takes a district by holding the most voter houses in it, and ties go to nobody. Every house has to end up in a district, and when you think your map is the best possible you submit it, with a hint button if you get stuck.
Beyond the daily there is an interactive tutorial, an archive, community-made puzzles and a Real Maps mode that rebuilds gerrymandered US maps from real precinct data, including the North Carolina map from a 2022 court case. Learn pages explain packing, cracking and recent redistricting fights, so it suits civics teachers, politics junkies and puzzle fans alike.

Is Gerrymandle free?
Yes. It's free with no paywall and no account needed. It shows ads, and Ko-fi supporters get an ad-free version.
How do you win a Gerrymandle puzzle?
Group the tiles into connected districts of equal size so that your party holds the most houses in more districts than any other party. Every house must be assigned to a district.
