About Cardmare: Descent

Each run is a descent through ten floors of undead warlocks, renegades, venomous spiders and worse. Gold buys new cards, but pressing on for more loot risks losing everything, so every floor is a question of how greedy to be.

Upgrades you make during a fight are permanent, and basic cards can be upgraded endlessly, which invites players to try to break the game. Six classes are playable (Fighter, Paladin, Defender, Rogue, Ranger and Alchemist), with three more listed as coming soon. It suits deckbuilder fans who want a full run in a lunch break.

Who is Cardmare: Descent for?

  • Fans of Slay the Spire who enjoyed building a deck run by run and discovering combinations that break the game open.
