A tower defense where your Pokémon team guards a route against waves of wild Pokémon; you level and evolve them between waves, and progress carries over even when you lose.
by reedy0
A Pokémon tower defense with a story through Kanto and Johto: drag your Pokémon onto the grass beside the path to hold off each wave, then take your team into classic maps, endless and hardcore modes, a weekly Battle Tower and daily challenges.

A tower defense across Kanto: wild Pokémon are stampeding out of damaged habitats, and you place your party along the routes to calm them, catch the dazed ones and evolve your team over 50 levels and 8 Gyms, with all 151 original Pokémon.
Games that keep going while you watch or step away, from PokéClicker, the original Pokémon clicker, to a box of Pokémon that breeds by itself.
by the PokéClicker team
Click to knock out wild Pokémon route by route, catch them to fill your Pokédex, and push through gyms, dungeons and new regions as it slowly turns into an idle collector.
by RichardPaulAstley
A truly hands-off idle game: set your team on a route and it fights wild Pokémon by itself while you build levels, Pokédex entries and shinies across every region from Kanto to Paldea.
by Adrian Marceau
A box-life simulator: drop up to ten starter Pokémon in a box and watch them grow, evolve, breed and pass on, with each new generation bringing species you haven't seen yet.
Build a team as you go and start again when you lose. PokéVoid is the closest to PokéRogue that starts without an account.
by jab_lao
A roguelike team-tactics game in the style of Unicorn Overlord: line up three Pokémon in front and back rows, pick their moves and an ability, then fight short battles through a League, a Battle Frontier and versus modes.
by SmittyNugget
A darker roguelike built on PokéRogue: fight floor after floor of random wild Pokémon, rivals, evil teams and legendary bosses, building your team as you go, with Nuzlocke rules, drafted teams and fused Pokémon on top.
by Khydra
A turn-based roguelike: pick one of nine Pokémon, battle through nine areas of wild Pokémon, events and bosses while collecting items and moves, then spend points on permanent upgrades before the next run.
A full 6v6 battle with competitive rules, a real-time arena brawler you can play with a friend online, and a team battle across a river.

A Pokémon battle simulator against the CPU: a turn-based 6 vs 6 singles battle with competitive rules (abilities, held items, stat changes and weather), with every turn acted out on the field.
by kaizoku_collects · made by Unfound's founder
A real-time arena brawler: pick one of 8 Pokémon and one of its three fighting styles, then dodge, dash and fire moves at the CPU, team up 2 vs 2, or send a friend a link and fight them online.
by kaizoku_collects · made by Unfound's founder
A team battle across a river, after the classic Pudge Wars map: as Bulbasaur you lash Vine Whip across the water to drag foes onto your side, evolve into Ivysaur and Venusaur mid-match, and whip power-ups out of the current.
No badges to win: a fishing festival run by Mayor Slowpoke, and a day in the life of a Mystery Dungeon exploration team.
by birdup
A cozy Game Boy-style story about a fishing festival run by Mayor Slowpoke: no battles or badges, just casting your line, chatting with townsfolk, facing a rival and solving a few puzzles.
by Ramble (Furries Making Games)
A short Pokémon Mystery Dungeon visual novel that follows a three-member exploration team through an ordinary day in Cherry Woods.

Every game on this page is free, starts in your browser with no download or sign-up, and shows no ads. That rules out some famous names:
We opened every game by hand, most recently on Oct 26, 2026, and order the lists by what players say: itch.io ratings, Reddit reception and how long people have kept playing. Pokémon Stampede, Poke Brawl, Vine Whipped and Poke Battle were made by Unfound's founder and are labelled wherever they appear. How we choose games.
Yes. All 19 games on this page are free Pokémon games you can play online in any browser, with no download, no sign-up and no ads, and every one plays right here on Unfound. They're fan games: the official Pokémon games are made for Nintendo consoles and phones, not the browser.
By what players say: PokéClicker, an idle collector online since 2016; PokéPath TD, a tower defense rated 4.7 by 798 players on itch.io; and Pokémon Overlord, a roguelike rated 4.6. For a full 6v6 battle with competitive rules, play Poke Battle.
Yes. Every game here runs in Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox as soon as the page loads, and nothing gets installed. A few have big first loads: PokéPath TD downloads 34 MB, PokéPlunder 49 MB and Pokemon Incremental 68 MB before they start.
Pokémon Stampede, Poke Brawl, Vine Whipped, Poke Battle, Victory Road, PokéSurvivor, Pokémon Idle and Pokechill all play well on a phone. PokéPath TD, Pokémon Overlord, PokéPlunder and PokéVoid are best on a computer.
Yes. They all run in Chrome, so any Chromebook that's online can play them. The ones with keyboard controls, such as Karpe Diem and PokéPath TD, are easiest with the Chromebook's keyboard and trackpad.
Poke Brawl lets you send a friend a link and fight them online, with no account. Victory Road pits your team against teams other players won with, and PokéDefense has leaderboards and a weekly Battle Tower that's the same for everyone.
Yes, three: PokéPath TD, rated 4.7 by 798 players on itch.io; PokéDefense, with a Kanto and Johto story, 24 maps and daily challenges; and Pokémon Stampede, a phone-first tower defense through Kanto's 8 Gyms. The original Flash-era Pokémon Tower Defense no longer runs in browsers, and we don't list the sites that re-host it.
We only list games that start in your browser straight away and show no ads. Pokémon Showdown shows ads, PokéRogue and Pokémon Auto Chess need an account first, and PokeMMO needs a download and copies of the original games. PokéVoid, built on PokéRogue's code, starts without an account.
Fan games are unofficial: they're made by fans without permission from Nintendo, Game Freak or The Pokémon Company, which have had some fan projects taken down. The games here are free fan projects built from scratch. We don't list ROMs, ROM hacks or emulators, which copy the official games.
