About Serenitrove
Digging costs stamina, tougher soil costs more, and pickaxes and power upgrades bring the cost down; it also gets darker the deeper you go, so torches matter. On the surface you feed ore into a furnace and unlock new structures and equipment, and a second area, the Farfields, opens up later. Buried relics are found by clicking around for a ping that grows stronger as you get close.
It's built to be played a little at a time, five minutes or a whole evening, and the developer says it will always be free. A fan-made community wiki, a Discord and fan translations have grown up around it. It suits anyone who loves slow, satisfying progression without combat.
Serenitrove FAQ
Is Serenitrove free?
Yes. It's free to play in the browser, with free downloads for Windows, Mac and Linux, and the developer says it will always be free.
Does Serenitrove save my progress?
It autosaves in your browser, but clearing your cache deletes the save, so the developer recommends exporting your save data regularly.
What are the controls in Serenitrove?
Move with A, S, D or the arrow keys, use the mouse for structures and menus, 1 to 4 for consumables and B to return to the surface.
